Question 1

How is Brinebeam’s pricing structured?

Accepted Answer

Monthly retainers per market (US / UK / Gulf), sized to spend band and channel mix; project scopes for one-off launches and audits; hybrid pricing available on multi-market contracts.

Question 2

Is there a minimum engagement length?

Accepted Answer

Three months for ongoing retainers — long enough for the first measurement cycle and a real signal. Project work has no minimum; renewals are month-to-month after the initial term.

Question 3

What does a typical monthly retainer include?

Accepted Answer

Channel management across the agreed mix, monthly planning, creative iteration, weekly optimisation, monthly reporting, and a quarterly business review.

Question 4

How often do we get performance reports?

Accepted Answer

Weekly optimisation snapshots by channel; a written monthly report against the agreed plan; a quarterly business review summarising trends and re-prioritising the next quarter.

Question 5

What does the monthly report include?

Accepted Answer

Spend, pipeline or revenue contribution, channel-by-channel performance against plan, a written interpretation, and the next month’s priorities.

Question 6

How often do we talk to the team day-to-day?

Accepted Answer

A weekly working call with the lead strategist; an async Slack-style thread for in-week questions; a monthly call for approvals and a quarterly business review.

Question 7

What are the standard contract terms?

Accepted Answer

A short scope-and-pricing document per engagement, a master services agreement, monthly billing, and a 30-day termination notice after the initial term.

Question 8

What happens if we need to pause or end the engagement?

Accepted Answer

Pause with two weeks’ notice at the end of any calendar month; terminate with 30 days’ notice after the initial term — handover documentation included.

Question 9

How do you coordinate across US / UK / Gulf?

Accepted Answer

A standing weekly slot rotated to be live-friendly for whichever region is in focus; an overlap window for ad-hoc questions; async notes on the other days.

Question 10

What are your core working hours across the three regions?

Accepted Answer

09:00–18:00 local in the active engagement region; the team sits across all three, so a US morning covers a Gulf afternoon and a UK late afternoon carries into a US close.
